Prima Civitas Foundation adds three directors to board

The Prima Civitas Foundation, an organization dedicated to economic prosperity and development in Michigan, has added three new members to its board of directors.

The new members include Scott Fleming, president and CEO of The Enterprise Group of Jackson; Fred Dillingham, executive director of the Economic Development Council of Livingston County; and Tim Nelson, president of Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City.

The foundation supports cooperative economic development projects between business, educational institutions and governmental units and is based in Lansing.
